Greetings Wordlers,
Shout out to Leo for this week’s colorful wordle. Come Friday night, I was grateful that it was in my e-mail inbox. Leo blogs at I Rhyme Without Reason, check out his work, you’ll be delighted with each visit. Let his wordle wash through you and create something unique. It is always a pleasure to see where the words take you.
May you write rivers of words,
Decided to write a short story instead of a poem for this set of wordle words.
Managed to use all the words – just about!
Wrote this last night – and then posted it tonight. Leo, thanks for the words. Brenda, thanks for the wordle.
Richard
Better late than never.
I like your words, Leo.
I finally got the nerve to do this… , my first wordle!
Thank you!
Welcome, Tara! It’s nice to see a new face here. 🙂
Finally, I will be round to read tomorrow, it has been a long day. Thanks for the words Leo.
Pamela
It is always interesting to see where the Wordle takes us. I went somewhere I hope I won’t ever go….
Thought I had left a note here this morning, must’ve gone straight to other blogs and forgotten. Thanks Brenda!
My first time,
enjoyed the challenge,
smiles.
Welcome!
The words have been sitting on a page in the word-processor for two days. I have managed two dismal lines, but I will be back later with something. Thanks Brenda.
Pamela
Thanks again for the Sunday whirl.
Daydreamer, I had the same difficulty with your comment system: Not my day! I congratulated you on an excellent use of the Wordle Words to evoke Dickens’s dramatic atmosphere.
Yay! It’s Sunday morning!
Thank you Brenda for another round of the Sunday whirl!! A special thank you to Leo too for an excellent set of words!! 🙂
Nanka, blogspot is getting even more picky about who it will let comment – yours and Leo’s just told me “please wait”. Your poem is a brilliant example of economy of words – as is fitting after a month of haikuing.
Had fun putting my own words to a poem. 🙂 Hope others enjoy it just as much. Thanks for considering it Brenda!
I loved your poem, Leo – but couldn’t get into the comment box. The exploration of city streets and alleys ‘out of hours’ is an exciting occupation.
I found this one quite tricky! I used all the words and wrote two pieces. 🙂
Thanks as always. x
Brenda, I like your “a la” style. It makes me think of a tasty dish!
Thank you, Brenda and Leo. I used all the words except for church.
