I was in the process of trying to write a poem about the suicide of a woman burned by acid when a friend sent me the link to your blog and this wordle. I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect prompt. It helped me get as close to saying what I wanted to as I could get, i think. Thank you, and I’m so glad to have found your wonderful site and so many good poets. Thanks Andrea Heiberg for the recommendation.
Brenda, i had fun with this, but I have to tell you, I probably had as much if not more trouble than you did! Thanks for the prompt, though! I’ll be sending you some Wordle suggestions later this week, (I think!).
It’s kind of funny, with the interesting variety of words in this week’s wordle, the one that proved most troublesome for me was “sprinkled.” But I got it worked out, and I’m happy with the story the wordle related to me this week. Happy Sunday everyone!! 🙂
I had trouble with these words too. Not completely happy with my poem; it seems to vacillate between doubt and confidence. It’s that pesky word alchemy.
Happy Sunday. I just polished up a piece that was long in coming yesterdayand posted it over at undercaws. We’ve had our March snow storm. Everything is white outside, and my bird feeder is overflowing with song.

I tried NOT writing about food, and it took me a couple extra days. Trying something a little weird: poem’s a jpg image. If it’s too small, click it.
This was quite the challenge for me. Mine is up.

Enjoyed the words…I’d like another more optimistic go at them later:) Thank-you Brenda!
Janet, do you have a new site? Couldn’t get in to the old one.
Sara
Well, I also thought the words were difficult, but it is always good to have a challenge! Thanks, Brenda!
What fun the words were this week! Thanks.

Oh my goodness. These words were hard for me. Snippets of things came to mind but nothing that went together…until Cupid showed up.
Thanks, as always, Brenda. 🙂

Hi, Brenda! Everyone! We have a lovely Sunday morning outside.
It’s cold here, but beautiful. My coffee cup is raised in your general direction. 🙂
I just raised mine towards you, Bren 🙂
For heaven’s sake tell me if you wince at Bren. That’s how I think of you, so might as well find out.
Quite the challenge for me this week, Brenda!
Me too, Laurie. It was slow coming together.
Inspired by an event I went to yesterday with my school. Thanks Brenda.

I really had fun with this. It practically wrote itself. I just tweaked it and it *poof* transformed Enjoy through Mr. Linky or:

I’ll be back after work to read (as well as through out the week).
mmm, very visual. I love her skirts sweeping the floor.
Oh that gives me a thrill Brenda, as I wrote about food.
Hee hee, I wondered if anyone would write about food, Irene. 🙂
