wordle 44 ~ a baker’s dozen

Welcome Wordlers,

This week’s words were selected at random from your contributions, then I added one more for a baker’s dozen.  Some of you may recognize your words.  My own muse is wandering….but I’ll try to chase her down, then visit some of your work.

May your own muses whisper wisdom in your ears.

Brenda

  1. Brenda, this baker’s dozen took me to one of the dark places, but I still think it’s something people can handle. About my stay in the BSU (AKA The Ward)… Thanks for an interesting Wordle… as always! Peace to all, be back after my psychiatrist appt. to check out the rest of yours! (Irony abounds…) Peace, Amy

These words worked perfectly with some pictures I took yesterday. Thank-you!

  4. Cathy says:

Done finally, almost gave up on the poem. Just didn’t care for it but adding another line help save it’s life

  5. Any further words to this poem, would have required a novel! Mine is up.

  6. Mr. Walker says:

Wrote this late last night after a trip to the Monterey Bay Aquarium. I’m posting from Seaside instead of home. And the poem has nothing to do with the aquarium.

  7. Tilly Bud says:

This one more or less wrote itself.

  8. Thanks for these words, Brenda. Loved hearing the story they had in store for me!

So in an effort to not let the words write themselves I spent the after noon in my garden. Well not really I was on the couch with my dog. It was nice to write about a warm day in the garden because it is now filled with 4 inches of snow. Hope everyone had a nice day.

I spent my morning rearranging words into several different pieces, and finally came up with a contribution. Jules, I’m sorry you are having problems. I’ll take a look at what’s going on with your links..

I left links in the comment area – I didn’t realize that I had to do a Mr. Linky every week. But now that I figured that out. The only thing though is that I’m not sure how to direct folks to Looking for Lois, the prequel … It’s on my blog page… but I’m not sure if you can have two links in Mr. Linky can you?

I didn’t check to see if the links in my comment worked. I know there is a way to make a tiny URL but I have forgotten how. Are they too long? Maybe they work? I’ll have to go back and see.

Sometimes when I come to the Whirl I see a place for comments… And other times I don’t. I think after I signed into Mr. Linky and return to the Whirl a different way I can’t see the comments. Is that supposed to happen?

I guess I’ll have to use Mr. Linky to find others works… as their names in the comments don’t always match the link. I’ll try and visit more – I enjoy seeing the variety. Thanks again!

I didn’t realized that I have to use Mr. Linky every week. While I have the links in the comments (which I hope work) I’ve added #44 Wordle poem to Mr. Linky. Thanks for catching my fumbled pass…Pamela!

It is, perhaps, not a good sign that I whipped this one out. I’ll be around to read everyone’s later, once the groceries are shopped for.
